For many years we men no matter how much we workout we seem to have problems getting rid of that sight that hurts our ego “Man Breast”. Like many of us we always believe that it comes about when we eat too much protein or any other food products that simply just do not sit well with our bodies.
Alot of these reasons are true, because when you think about it when you eat too much sweets and salty foods you have blood pressure problems. You go to nutrition professionals and yes they all agree after taking so many test that you have to stop eating so many bad foods. This is a huge and I mean huge problem for over 100,000 people just in the states alone. So you ask yourself “What can I do to change?”, is it simple “No” but do you have to do something about it “Yes”.
